Coin purchases

Coin packages are generally non-refundable once coins are credited, except where credited in error.

Marketplace orders

Orders cancelled before dispatch, or refunded by the seller or an administrator, return the full coin amount to your wallet automatically. Stock is restored, the seller's payout is reversed and any related referral commission is reversed in the same operation.

Quiz entry fees

Entry fees are consumed when the attempt starts and are not refundable, except where a technical fault prevented the attempt, in which case an administrator can issue a wallet adjustment.

Processing

Coin refunds are instant and appear in your wallet transaction history with a unique reference.
